Stir-Fry Pork with Pineapple

Pleasing to the taste, this recipe is so simple to cook anyone could do this at home.  Reviewing my collections of recipes I found this one and think of posting it here on my blog so I can share this to people who loves to cook for their family and friends.  Anyone will definitely enjoy this menu.  This is much nutritious and delectable.

First you need to prepare the ingredients, such as: 1/2 kilo pork tenderloin, 1 small fresh pineapple, 1/4 cup Marca Pina soy sauce, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 tbsp honey, 1 cube bouillon, 1 clove minced garlic, 1/8 tsp ground pepper, 1 medium red bell pepper, 1 medium green bell pepper, 2 tbsp cooking oil, 4 tsp cornstarch, 1 piece carrot sliced into desired shape..

To proceed in cooking, the first step is to cut tenderloin into 1/8 inch slices then set aside.  Then cut the Pineapple lengthwise into spears.  Save its juice.  In a bowl container, mix Marca Pina soy sauce, orange juice and honey, bouillon, garlic, pepper and pineapple juice.  Set aside.  Fry the pork and pepper in a skillet until meat is browned.  Remove from skillet.  Pour orange mixture into the same skillet then add pineapple spears and carrots.  Place on platter.  Put pork and pepper back in the skillet.  Ad cornstarch and water mixture.  Stir until bubbly.  Spoon on top with pineapple spears.  This serving is good for a family of six, the maximum.
